"Have gone for Lycon waxing for years heard great things about this brand. Therapists were lovely wax was not that painful considering I get Hollywood. However did get a lot of ingrown hairs and arrived twice now that appointment was scheduled for a different week than I had made at time of booking. Seem happy enough with this error and clearly don't need the business therefore won't be back. No sincere apology. Or effort to make up for my loss of time coming into an appointment twice and paying for parking. Shame as therapists lovely. Will be going back to lycon products. Would not recommend this store maybe others are better.”

“Great day training today with Aoife. She was brilliant & completely professional & made me & my client feel completely at ease throughout the training. Delighted to b using a wax in my salon thats designed to make the client feel as comfortable as possible while being waxed. The pre wax oil is a god send to all women as it acts as a barrier against the skin and wax so it dosnt hurt as much. Thank u waxperts ”
